Meeting of hearts
MUMBAI, 05/12/2015: A meeting of hearts took place in Mumbai at Indialogue Foundation Centre where personalities such as Swami Sarvalokananda of Rama Krishna Math, Mr. Sukant Panigary, Mr. Irfan Engineer, Mr. Feroz Mithipurwala, Mr. Farukh Azam, academicians and students attended the meeting.
The lecture was on the love philosophy of Mevlana Rumi and the people were addressed with hearts rather than with their names as love come from the heart. The lecture was presented by Mr. Halil Teymur (M.A in Clinical Psychology, TISS) and Mr. S. Kaya (M.A in Linguistics, Mumbai University). The lecture was well delivered and every effort was put on to explain Rumi’s love philosophy.
Lecture was further continued with a short round of questions and answers. All the hearts present in the hall responded very well, expressed their curiosity and excitement for Rumi and Sufism.
Mr. Irfan Engineer gave the special vote of thanks on behalf of Indialogue Foundation and illuminated the audience regarding other saints in India with similar philosophies like Mevlana Rumi.
Everyone accepted Love is a verb and should be put into action and implementation in the Society.
