COVID-19 Interfaith Prayer and Reflection Session

The entire world is going through an unprecedented crisis. The COVID-19 pandemic has ravaged the lives of millions of people across the globe and destroyed the world economy. At such an uncertain time, Indialogue Foundation organised an online interfaith Prayer and Reflection session on 16th May 2020.

It was a joint effort to unite humanity in prayer to the Almighty whose compassion, guidance, and protection we seek in togetherness during these unsettling times.

The meeting was attended by Swami Shantatmananda, RK Mission and Swami Prakarshananda, Chinmaya Mission from the Hindu community, Imam Umer Ahmed Ilyasi from the Muslim community, Mr Paramjit Singh Chandhok from the Sikh community, Fr Victor Edwin from the Christian community, Vivek Muni from the Jain community, and Dr A K Merchant from the Baha’i community.

The Secretary-General of Indialogue Foundation, Mr M Behzad Fatmi moderated the session.
