Qamar Agha is one of India’s most prominent commentators on foreign policy, security, and society. He is a regular contributor to the BBC, Deutsche Welle, Voice of America, and several other national and international media outlets.

M Behzad Fatmi, Secretary-General

M Behzad Fatmi is a trained dialogue practitioner with a master’s degree from Keele University, UK. He also writes in the Indian and international media, mainly on Turkish and Indian politics. He has worked and contributed across continents. He speaks English, Turkish, Hindi, and Urdu.

Aaliya Khan, Program and Alumni Coordinator

Aaliya Khan has worked as Associate Research Fellow at the Centre for Armed Forces Historical Research. She holds a master’s degree in Economics and an M Phil in West Asian Studies from Jamia Millia Islamia. Previously, she has worked in different media and publishing organisations including The Milli Gazette and Pharos Media and Publishing. Her research interests include conflict and peace, and cultural studies.

Pragya Narang, Program Coordinator

Pragya Narang is a communications consultant, researcher, and peace activist. Since 2022, she has served as the coordinator for our six-month certificate course in Dialogue Studies. She is also an alumnus of the course in the 2021-2022 cohort.
