Objective of the Seminar: Shri Harish Rawat Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand lunched the WeMEN Campaign on 22 August 2015. The aim of the campaign is to target and engage with young boys and men and encourage them to stand in support of Gender inequality. POWER Foundation in collaboration with UN Women HeForShe programme and Indialogue Foundation is organizing a seminar on 28th November 2015 with the objective to engage young boys and men by
- building relationships based on respect and equality,
- speaking out against violence in the society,
- shared- power and decision making,
- encouraging, ability to respect the diversity and rights of those around them especially, women and girls.
- Mobilizing Youth in support of equality.
