HYDERABAD: Centre for Urdu Language, Literature & Culture, Maulana Azad National Urdu University and Indialogue Foundation organized a Lecture on “The impact of the concept of ‘Urf (Local Culture) in Islamic Legal Philosophy on Multicultural Harmony”. The Lecture was delivered by Prof. Alparslan Acikgenc, Director, Graduate School for Social Sciences and Humanities, Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey. Event was held in Conference Hall, Administrative Building, MANUU on 8th March, 2013. Prof. Abdul Moiz Head Department of Arabic, MANUU has presided over the function.
